If your jewelry tarnishes or has any manufacturing defects, we’ll provide a replacement at no extra cost. In some cases, a very small service fee is applied to cover shipping, handling, packaging, and processing—it’s minimal and nearly negligible.

To keep your jewelry looking its best, store it in a cool, dry place and avoid contact with harsh chemicals. Use a microfiber cloth to clean your piece, restoring its luster and shine while removing any residue from lotions, fragrances, or other products.
